At SAILO, we are committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey for all our passengers. Please review our travel policies below:

Baggage Policy

Passengers are allowed to carry up to 50kg of baggage free of charge. Additional baggage may be subject to fees. Hazardous materials, Mangos outside of Guimaras Island are strictly prohibited on board.

Check-in Policy

Passengers must scan their QR code on the e ticket before the departure. Failure to scan on sceduled date may result in cancellation of your booking.

Safety Guidelines

For your safety, please follow all crew instructions and observe safety protocols while on board. Life vests are located under each seat.
